This is a fun and not so messy way to teach a lesson on warm and cool colors.
Step 1:
Students take Bleeding tissue squares and lay them out on their canvas (we used 9x12 tagboard).
Next we sprayed with water.
I then had students brush over the tissue to work out the air bubbles.
Let it dry! While paper is drying, I had students tear or cut pieces of paper to make trees with warm colored leaves. Some of the students glued on the entire square for the leaves.
